While I was with my wife in the fruit section, my wife was looking at lychees. At that moment, a staff member was moving a heavily loaded apple rack while simultaneously chatting with another customer. She did not notice that the rack was about to collide with my wife?s leg. Out of instinct, I gently pushed the rack aside and pulled my wife away to avoid injury.
Shockingly, instead of appreciating that I was preventing an accident, the staff member physically pushed my arm and aggressively questioned why I touched the rack. I politely explained the reason, but she continued to question me in a rude tone and even walked away muttering offensive language. My wife clearly heard the ?F-word? directed towards us. I was left standing there in disbelief that such behaviour could happen at M&S.
Moments later, the same staff member returned, glaring at me and showing further hostility. She then hurriedly pushed the tall, heavy rack?around two metres high?through the area without regard for the safety of nearby customers.
Still shaken, I went to the self-service area to ask for the store manager?s contact details to make a formal complaint. However, the same staff member noticed me, rushed over, and once again verbally confronted and insulted me. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life!

A disgrace - this is has been going on for years- The Disgusting Toilets for numerous years these toilets are an embarrassment to the M&S name I would expect this sub standard toilets in Stratford Westfield Shopping Centres Public toilets?.but Marks and Spencer in Croydon

Marks & Spencer in Croydon is a well-organized store that offers a good mix of clothing, groceries, and household essentials. The food section is particularly impressive, with fresh produce, ready meals, and bakery items that are always of high quality. Their sandwiches and meal deals are great for a quick bite, and the dessert section never disappoints.
The clothing section is neat and has a good variety for all ages, though sizes for popular items can run out quickly. Staff are polite and helpful, but during peak hours the checkout lines can get a bit long.
Overall, it?s a reliable place for both shopping and quick grocery runs. Clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located right in the heart of Croydon.

I want to personally thank and praise Sharon who works in the lingerie dept of M&S Croydon.I had a problem with a sports bra, she not only helped sort the issue but also gave me useful information when purchasing bras in the future.She was so proactive ,took the time to speak to her manager and demonstrated what REAL customer service is about.

We brought a sandwich from the food hall and went to the dining area and brought a milkshake we were about to eat it and then one of the lady staff told us that we can?t eat the sandwich in there which was just brought from the same m&s. So ungrateful experience we went outside to eat it. The lady staff took our sandwich in her hand showed a gross expression and put it back on the table. So unhappy about the experience we had.

I always go here for coffee and a catch up with my mum, but today I walked out because the big Caribbean lady (she must be new, because I haven?t seen her before) was just damn rude!!! Approached our table ?excuse me she can?t eat that in here? pointing at my 6 year old, I said yeah well I am in the middle of doing something, I?ll go up and order in a bit she then processeds to say : yeah but you were in here earlier (meaning I haven?t purchased anything). The fact that I have been in and and out twice should already make sense that I am in the middle of helping my mum with something. I?ve never been approached like that in M&S by someone that works in the cafe with that attitude. I eventually just told my mum not worry buying Anything and told my daughter to stop eating and left because that lady?s attitude just stinks!!! Mind you there are always people sitting in the cafe, doing things or catching up? I don?t know why she felt the need to only approach us. Damn rude!

What magnificent staff you have in your store.
The ladies in the bra measuring department were fantastic with my Mum last sunday aiding her get the right product after a 3 stone weight loss. Very caring, knowledgeable and patient.Thank you!
I would also like to recognise the ladies who work on the tills in the ladies clothing downstairs, always warm friendly and smiling. Your staff do a brilliant job in a difficult place for their customers day in day out.

Just visited the Mens Toilets. All smashed up. Dirty and the cubicles don?t lock. Didn?t expect that in an M & S. Wife tells me the ladies are not much better.
