DONT USE THIS PLACE!!! Useless staff. I directed a parcel here to collect and I spent 10 minutes waiting for them to understand how to use the technology to accept the parcel. They then realised it was not even MY parcel they were trying to give me?. AND THEN they had the CHEEK to be rude to me because they didn?t know what they were doing!!!!!!
I advise you to not offer this service if it only inconveniences the customer more and makes you take your frustration out on the customer to feel better about your incompetent selves!!!

I had a fantastic experience at the londis Morland.
The shop has a selection of high-quality products. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help me find the perfect item. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service made my visit truly special. I highly recommend Morland London and will definitely be returning!?

The shop doesn't display prices on items, which I wonder might be against the law. You basically don't know how much you'll pay for the items you buy. On a couple of occasions, I was overcharged - not sure if it was a mistake on the part of the staff or deliberate behaviour.Another bad thing they do is they don't give you the eeceipt. If you ask for a receipt, they kind of look you get from the person on the till makes you cringe in guilt, as if you asked for something you shouldn't have.
