Then the cashier told me to wait he was on the his mobile phone speaking Bengali language
How come the Lloyds Bank Allowed A cashier to used his mobile phone and server the customer
No manner
No Good morning
No hello
No Thank you
And ask for envelopes to put the money
He said he don?t have it .
Very Bad Service
Look like he was serving in a Bengali Off licence
Whereas the bank should reached Him somes manner before Employing That Staff.

Not a single employee seemed to know what they were doing. I was given incorrect information multiple times and ended up waiting over two hours for absolutely no reason. While customers were left waiting, staff were walking in and out of rooms, clearly wasting time and avoiding work. It was obvious they were going inside just to avoid helping customers. Completely unacceptable experience. Lloyds, you need to do better.

Absolutely terrible experiences, most times I come into branch.Not recommendable.Very disappointing and distressing encounters.The staff that serve me repeatedly gas-light and are so dishonest, the times I ask for a second opinion elsewhere, the remediation fits in with the bank's public policies alot better.To add to shock, time and time again, I have seen that staff are continuously unnecessarily condescending towards elderly customers who do not have visible advocates.
