Lidl usually offers great prices and a good selection of products, but the store at Croydon often feels overcrowded and understaffed. There are too few checkouts open, which leads to long queues, especially during busy hours. The staff are always kind, polite, and very helpful ? they really do their best. Unfortunately, a few people simply can?t do the work of many. W

Hygiene standards need to raised!
The baskets are absolutely filthy, it has caused me concerns when it comes to buying from the bakery.
If I don?t see an improvement on my next visit, I am going to write a letter to HQ, involving the council and make a formal complaint to the FSA with included pictures of the hygiene practices.

I must admit this place can be very busy like most Lidl's but because of individuals like Keisha and Max this place runs efficiently and irons out the chaos. I have seen many new staff which is refreshing and hoping the leadership of Keisha is present treakles down and the amount of sections I have seen Max works in, he should be a the store/general trainer if that vacancy is open.

Very dirty, staff always ready to answer that they can?t help you because they are busy or in a rude way.
I?m surprised that the management doesn?t a thing about it.

The workers are rude must be because they are exploited also much of the shelfs are out of stock few of the stuff has no price or the price wrong placed queues are very long 15min wait at least bakery broken
