Great hotel and location. Breakfast was OK. More choices of fresh fruit needed!Rooms: Spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed.Our room wasn't warm enough for us. Prompt service was given extra heating. Was very pleased. Reception staff is very helpful in pleasing the customers.

Great rooms and lots of sockets for charging. The breakfast was fantastic and lots of options on offer. Very impressed with the breakfast. Car park opposite that you have to pay for. Walking distance to East Croydon Station so really convenient for travelling into London.

Had a good time in London and had great fasciitis?s and surrounding activities. Restaurants, cinemas, box park. We even did a bit of axe throwing there. The only down side is parking, as I didn?t have on site parking. There is an indoor and outdoor parking which is £12 a day or £30 for the weekend I believe. If your not driving then you still have access to bus, tram, train, taxi cabs.Rooms: Are clean and well prepared for guests before check in. However we had to go to the reception for things like toilet roll when it ran out l. Rather than having it refilled upon the next day clean.Nearby activities: Box park has over 20 street food spots inside on site SIDES, ORIENT EXPRESS, and many more for your pallet. They have axe throwing on site as well as baseball range where the ball is launched and you have to hit it agains the target. DJs and a club inside once the day time turns into night. Inside heating also and alcohol served all day and night.Walkability: Everything from this hotel is within walking distance. Not what it used to be. No possibility to change the temperature of the room (which was extremely cold). The room is not 100% clean. The breakfast is bellow the standard with a very poor quality of the products (but this was already the case when they were a Jury?s Inn) . Biggest issue was that the hotel is no able to provide an invoice with the 2 rooms I booked (for my colleague and I), even though I payed with the same card. I asked for the invoice when I checked out and the lady at the reception told me « you have to ask Booking for the invoice because you booked with them ». I was a bit surprised but I asked booking when I left. Of course, they told me that the hotel has to provide it, not them. So I asked Booking to call them, that?s what they?ve done 4 times so far. They sent me 2 separate invoices with a very long delay and which is not what I am asking for (due to my company strict requirement). Now almost a month and still never received the correct invoice and this is absolutely not normal. Only positive point, it is still the location of the hotel. At least, that?s not something they can change?

A very good Hotel 15 min walk from main line railway station East Croydon, the Breakfast was buffet with plenty to eat, hotel room very comfortable, only point of issue was that the bar was card only, but this didn't bother us at all. Will certainly use this hotel again.

I had an exceptional experience at Leonardo Hotel, and I want to express my gratitude to Rasa for going above and beyond. Her dedication and care in returning our missing watch via post truly made our stay memorable. The level of service and attention to detail displayed by Rasa reflects the outstanding hospitality at Leonardo Hotel. Thank you, Rasa, and the entire staff for making our visit extraordinary!

Some of the reception staff are very nice and polite, however, the air-con/heating in the room is so variable it made my elderly wife and I ill. We mentioned this to reception several times but nothing was done.There are also some very dubious characters frequenting the hotel.

I wish there was a possibility to give negative stars. We were travelling with a 4yo and were given a room without heating. It was less than 20 degrees in the room. We?ve asked reception to send someone after we froze all night. They sent someone who acknowledged that the heating is not working, so we were moved to a different room. Guess what? Heating didn?t work in this room either. We?ve spent the night warming up the room with the hair dryer and the shower on. The next morning we woke up feeling unwell so we called reception to complain and not only did they hung up on us, we went downstairs to speak with the manager who said they?ll send us a plug-in heater AND GUESS WHAT? They sent someone with a FAN. A FAN. We lost it, what a joke this hotel is, staff was just terrible. We left and moved to the Travelodge next door. Don?t chose this hotel if you don?t want to ruin your holiday

Amazing customer service from Nicky (duty manager). She was very understanding and went out of her way to make sure she could help me ! She is true asset to this hotel and I cannot praise her enough for outstanding customer service skills . Thanks a million Nicky . ?

We had a good stay here. The room was clean, had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was ok. The breakfast was very good for the price. Would definitely stay here again. If you?re wanting to go to town remember it?s an hour away, ~£25 uber.

What a lovely experience checking into this hotel, and getting welcomed by the lovely lad Sarmad, at reception he was very well presented, and respectful he always had a warm smile every-time I saw him. We arrived the hotel super late and had to leave super early on 30th of November but the night receptionist, a gentleman who was very helpful and friendly checked us in efficiently. He also got us a packed to-go food bag upon our request which we are super appreciative for it. The downside is the room heater doesn't work, it was so cold in 2:30am. The location is quite nice if you are catching a flight to Gatwick from East Croydon Station.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Check in process was very quick and straightforward. Lovely rooms and bar area. The breakfast was great and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again in future.

I travelled with my brother. We booked a standard twin room at the Leonardo Hotel, and we could not have chosen better. Very good location, and it's really just about anything in the room?what you need.Thank you for a pleasant stay. I will definitely be back.

Nice experience (6 days, couple)The price is very cheap for given performance. The staff is kind and pleasant. I would like to especially thank Sarmad at the reception. He was very kind and professional. He contributed so much to make us feel at home!East Croydon railway station is close to the hotel (about 8 minutes walk) and after 1-2 stations can take you into the city centre.The only negative thing is that although the hotel provides an iron at each room, it does not offer slippers and a refrigerator.All in all, thank you Leonardo London Croydon - We will visit London again in the near future and choose you again!
