Rented a property at Croydon and the team has been very helpful particularly REZAH!. He also helped us move smoothly between two rentals.My overall experience is good, I left one property for maintenance issues but can?t be put down to the team really. Our property manager Kim has been responsive all the time.

Rezah Jaufuraully at Leaders has supported my block of 6 flats for many years as the sole letting agent in Croydon. I have always found him to be highly professional and prompt in all his dealings with me. Whilst I had " extensive teething problems" moving into my rental property no fault of Leaders or the owner purely due to 100 % previous tenant who defaulted on rent leaving this luxury house in filth dead mice, maggots etc my landlord has not put my rent up and "Jean" Leaders Surbiton and others an absolute legend. I thank the Leaders team and owner for having faith in me and knowing the owner's family going through bereavement now something I have been through I will with good manners and decorum pay a block of rent in advance as that is simply good manners.

PLEASE NOTE THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR LEADERS LETTING!! Wasted 2 of our months, I?m not going to waste my time writing what happened, just to let everyone know that Rezah Jaufuraully he is the most unprofessional , a lier imbeciles think he knows it all total fraud , makes up Bs, scam of the earth, then again MOST of those agent's are, not all we have had good services from sales agents. Please be advised stay away from REZAH JAUFURAULLY A TOTAL IMBECILE.

I didn't end up going ahead with the viewing (to rent) but due to no fault of the agent, they were extremely helpful and kept me informed above and beyond based on something I'd mentioned during my initial call to them. Really helpful and considerate!
