Got a puncture on way to a family weekend on a Friday morning. Dropped into Kwik Fit Croydon and Matt got us straight in and was brilliant at getting us back on the road in no time. An amazing service from Kwik Fit Mitcham, super friendly staff, visited 3 other kwik fit locations about a damaged tire which was a motability car which I rely on daily and I was pushed away instantly, pop in to Mitcham Croydon Road and they was amazing, took the car in straight away and fitted 2 new tires in less then 30mins, great service, highly recommend for speedy fixing!

My tyre pressure dropped in Croydon, I visited the BP garage and the air was out of order. Tried my luck with Kwik Fit Croydon next to the BP garage as it was about to close and a very kind man put air in my tyre despite the machines all turned off as they were closing up. Great service, thank you!

I can?t speak highly enough of the team at Kwik Fit Croydon (Mitcham Rd). From start to finish, Luke, Shabby, and Matt provided absolutely first-class service. Their honesty, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers is rare to find these days.
They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me honest advice without any pushy sales talk, and made sure the job was done to the highest standard. The whole process was smooth, professional, and actually a pleasure to deal with ? which you don?t often say about any car repairs!

Definitely had 5 star service. Quick and efficient. The best Kwik fit I have been to by miles and even though I have quite a few closer to home, I will be returning to this one in the future as Matt and the team made sure I was very well looked after and reassured even though I had just been serviced at BMW and left feeling extremely anxious about the state of my car, still needing to come to Kwik fit to complete the work.

Drama on the motorway as my car started violently pulling left at high speeds! Called Kwikfit Mitcham rd to see if they could help me. The friendly staff member there said I could bring the car to them and they will look at it for me.
On arrival I was welcomed by a man called Matt and he listened to the whole episode and understood what was needed from a few questions. I needed to use the loo and he directed me to a clean usable customer toilet.
Then I didn?t have to wait too long before a nice mechanic showed me that the tracking was out (from the wheel bearing I had replaced at Horns Autos, same side a few days ago!).
They quickly rectified the issue and gave me a full before and after report so I could take it back to my regular garage. (Not that I will, being a single female and I don?t want to make waves with them!)
On paying the bill, Matt noticed I was NHS and said he would give me a percentage off the bill as a blue light card holder which really made me feel appreciated and thankful that some companies recognise the importance of the service we provide under stressful conditions and for very little pay and that they will try to help us make ends meet in these financially difficult times.
Thanks Matt and the boys at Kwikfit Mitcham rd Croydon for making me and my dogs feel welcomed, for fixing the dangerous steering on my Astra estate and for giving me a much appreciated blue light discount!! Thank you and stay safe.
I would highly recommend them, excellent service and the car felt good as new on the way home. A+
