Just a day before i pick the parcel from here, the curry sause not closed finely, and there is no gap in the package, and also the backage burst out. The customers reduced my rating at the time am going to told the kfc workers, He's never listen what am comming to say, hes negotiate and doing rude with me, and also dislike my profile.

Male worker doing rude with customers and delivery drivers, he's never mind on drivers situation. Every time they left the foods and drinks while packing, so it's affects delivery drivers rating. The kfc workers doing lazy job

I had an awful experience at this KFC location. I ordered a bucket of wings, and they were disgustingly oily and soggy?completely inedible. To make matters worse, the staff was unresponsive and showed no concern for the poor quality of the food or our complaints. The whole experience felt like a nightmare. This place seriously needs to improve its food quality and customer service. I won?t be coming back anytime soon.

Load of hair in the Chicken. Like load of hair not just the 1 or 3 strands. Like 5-6 strands of hair. I pulled the last one from my mouth ?What did I do to deserve this? I was only hungry but ended up eating hair ?

I bought my order just 5 to 10 mins before, I ordered from the shop they didn?t even take a minute to prepare my order they delivered right after I made the order. It?s cold and it?s not crispy its even not in a shape it?s look like the food taken from the container from the refrigerator and also the chips. I need a immediate refund for my order the order num is 6086 and the invoice num is 10551. And see the camera footage then you can find what was exactly happened.
