I left this shop thinking this is probably the worst customer experience I have had in my life! We bought shoes inspite of the staff and the experience and not because of. I felt watched and monitored every second I was there shopping and not in a nice attentive way you would think about a shopping experience. The fitting rooms have locks - fine, then the staff took the clothes we picked saying it had to be on the till - only to lose it after we got picking out shoes - and then asked us to go back and pick up what we had picked out already!!! The lady helping us with shoe sizes initially suggested it was enough to try one leg - and we had to demand the other to walk and try! Wouldn't want to recommend this experience to anyone.

I went to this store to return a jacket which I got for my boy kids north face jacket with in 2 days the jacket material start peeling a part faulty material so I took it in straight away to the store , store supervisior ( miss krishna raj ) came I explained the fault in the jacket honestly I'm.not sure if it's her real name she was not willing to give me her name eventually she came up with one she is absolutely helpless she has making up her own rules that the jacket has to send for Inspection it takes 3 weeks for them to get back to me untill then I will have to wait , I was like hold on I actually never heard of this bought it few days ago I'm returning because it's faulty you just give me the refund simple I gave them all the tags receipts and all , she called the manger from her mobile phone bla bla for 10 min and still she came back with same story , I asked her does the JD have this Inspection policy for faulty returns if so pls show me because I never heard of this she can't show me anything she has 0 customer handling experience very bad service , I felt like she is blaming the kid for the fault in the jacket clearly she does not want to take the jacket back so I left the store hours later I manage to go to different store they took it no question asked the staff in that branch put on the system material faulty took the jacket back so simple and easy process like how the return system works in most retail stores ,this croydon JD so much happy to take your money but wen it comes to return they are making up their own rules . Supervisior in that store needs some actually training to how to deal with returns and policy .

I'm really into the Vm air and this is my second pair at JD Sports. Customer service will never be fantastic it's JD Sports Croydon but you can still find a nice pair of trainers.

Poor customer services on the tills paid for expensive jacket with my hard earnings and the lady didn't even remove the security tag. So disappointed and another angry customer saying the same thing but I had the receipt. Wasted my time

I walked into the branch to buy a hat, I selected a hat and went to the till to pay. I was informed by the cashier to scan the barcode to get a 10% discount on my item. I downloaded the app, and my phone was scanned to confirm that I had created an account on the specific phone app. The till rang up the item and it was the same price? I asked where my discount was and was now told that it would take 7 days for my discount to show up on the app, then I can get 10% off my first item. I stated that this was a deeply misleading way to trick customers into registering an account at the till for discount that they will never get as it is not for the item that was being purchased. The staff member serving me then questioned if I understood English or if I could read. I have always valued that way the brand delivers value for money on high quality sports wear but I am seriously thinking about not using JD Sports which would be a shame but I cannot support customers and myself being misled.
The advert on the counter is clearly misleading.

I?m a top fashion model, recently purchased A pair of trainers for a photoshoot which turned out to be too big, I was contacting customer service asking if I can wear them inside for one hour on clean surface and then returned them as they were too big. I was assured that I can do that and ordered straight away smaller sized the same trainers. I?ve visited the Croydon branch today and met delusional manager who would rather look at my breasts than my face while we talked and refused to proceed with refund (pic below ??). Fortunately enough the refund has been processed after coming back to lovely customer service team. As someone who works in fashion, I wouldn?t recommend visiting a store which such a appalling customer service and delusional management, I would suggest you to head to lovely purely way.

Staff standing around having a chat right infront of the main trainer display. They can see I'm trying to look but let me walk around them.
When asked to check for a size they didnt have it (which is fine) but there was zero interest in helping or suggesting something similar.
Replace the staff with a kiosk to check stock, probably be more helpful.

I just had a bad experience with one of the girls on staff, with a very unpleasant attitude. My friend was trying on a sneaker and my other friend had our other sneaker in her hand, and the girl with all the bad attitude told her to put the sneaker back in its place, With all his bad attitude he approached us and asked us if we wanted a smaller or larger number, I told him a smaller one, and with his attitude he told me that he didn't understand me, I told him 3 times, And without even checking it he told me there wasn't any, in the end we left with two purchases and a very unpleasant taste. We did not understand his attitude, and we even thought it was pure racism Since we were speaking in Spanish among ourselves. She is a white girl, with black hair and medium height
