Recently received my CPU and now had time to configure it and 'work it up'. Very pleased so far, there is a little bit more noise than hoped but placing on a bit of the packaging foam has much reduced this.Unboxing, everything was neatly packed and enclosed.The unit was despatched with good, reliable delivery service with excellent tracking and arrival estimation (though 'Next Day' means next working day, not weekends!).The CPU is beautifully fast and a delight to receive with a nice clean set up, without any additional bloatware etc. despite somewhere on their website stating that some programmes would be pre-installed. I had to check to ensure that the load would be clean; it was.The sales team were immediately helpful with the few queries I had had before purchase.An absolute pleasure to receive and use so far.

I have just received my 12TH Gen Fanless Intel mini PC. Amazing build quality and it runs real sweet. You guys are spot on with build quality and delivery. Have used many systems in the past but this latest purchase from your company is really the best to date. I am blown away by the product and your speedy delivery. After purchasing a monitor , i set it up and it never worked as a 3rd screen, as I work from home, anyway long story short ? its cheap crud .. so i use the chat function to discuss as i bought it 14 days ago and its faulty so im entitled to a refund ? ive answered a gammut of questions about have i done this and that ? advised them that even my IT department had remote accessed my work station etc and still nothing ?. After 25 mins chatting seemed longer?. im then told to repeat it alll again in an email to them so they can forward it to their ?supplier warranty? contact ?. Absolutely insulting to anyone?s intelligence?. Just arrange a refund pls

Really cool guys, super fast with replies, well stocked and competitive on price. Ordering as slick and frictionless as with the huge integrators, yet with knowledgeable staff always prepared to give you some time should you need. Thoroughly recommended, I wish I discovered them sooner!

Having been in IT as an IT Teacher, Network Manager and Senior Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1982, I have taught, worked with and purchased from many PC sellers such as Inside-Tech. Now over 70, tend to be very critical and demanding of any company that I choose to purchase from, as sadly, I now find the general standard of service and product quality in the UK is generally very poor.But this certainly was NOT the case when dealing with Inside-Tech in regard to their staff and products they have for sale, especially James and Chris who via phone and email answered my many and quite in-depth and demanding questions, did so very promptly, outside normal working hours and often did so in good humour.I live on the Isle of Man now and more and more delivery is becoming very expensive and problematic in sorting out delivery, with Inside-Tech they went the extra the mile to do so, unlike some companies saying they will and after purchase, get back, an then say they can?t and then begins the problem in getting the refund ? this certainly was not the case with James and Chris who were extremely accommodating in checking they would be able to do so.As such, I am very pleased having ordered and now received my Fanless MAXWELL, Windows 11 Home 64Bit, Asrock B760-ITX/AC, i5 12400 - 6 Cores 4.4GHz, 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4, NVME SSD:256GB and NVME SSD:2TB to replaced my eight year old, quiet and trusted PC/Server ? that it takes up about only 1/6 of the space, is totally silent, boots up virtually instantaneously and unlike I have ever known before having setup many networks in offices, training rooms and in my own home network instant recognition and connection to my five PCs and 3 mobiles with out the need to spend time sorting out and fixing.Very unlike me to give such praise, but it was a really nice change to purchase a technical product something that does what the company selling you it, tell you it will and with people who obviously want to do a good job, empathic, patient , proud and enjoy what they do.

Looking for a custom PC, go to Inside-Tech :-)SummaryI was looking for a custom built PC, very specifically using the Fractal Design North case and some beefy specs. A search provided me with Inside-Tech. I did contemplate the investment a while, since I wanted to buy something powerful and yet not (fully) break the bank. I got what I wanted :-)Order processThe website to customize the PC is straightforward. Price listing and order process is efficient and what you would hope for.Build timeOn the website it says 5-6 working days. It ended up being 10 for my PC. There were some challenges around the timing, but these were resolved in the end (just barely in time). I will not detract from the score, but I do feel that giving a note that is more accurate of the timing, especially when behind would be a big plus.Customer supportI did reach out due to delivery timing and longer build time. Customer support was super fast and friendly. As stated above, if the longer build time had been communicated more proactively it would have been outstanding. Still excellent customer support overall.Delivery and packagingDelivery was over the weekend, which usually means overnight is tricky. But enough about that. The packaging was perfect, protecting my new PC excellently. The removal of the foam inside the case was easily done and when done with a bit of care is all good.The PC itselfStellar! As hoped and expected it looks and functions the way I want it to. A beast of a machine and sure to keep me happy for years to come. And it looks absolutely amazingHappy all around and can recommend Inside-Tech

So impressed - spoke to these guys on the phone about getting a custom build fanless PC for a client install - needed it quickly - not only di they have everything in stock, it arrived in only 3 days, perfectly assembled to specification and equally impressively, with a FULLY UP TO DATE unbloated image of WIndows 11 Pro which reduced the amount of work I had to do on it prior to installation. Well done guys and thank you! I'll use you again. :-)
