Well organised, huge IKEA with Bistro & Restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant queue was so massive even on a weekday lunchtime that we didn?t stay but got a hotdog & milkshake at the Bistro. Not bad but not a proper lunch. Shame they couldn?t handle the volume with such a large restaurant.

Worse click & collect OR delivery service ever! Click and collect, checked in for over 1.5 hours and still bloody waiting!! Regional manager needs to sort this BS out.

Never in my life, ever, have I had to wait this long to return something. Only 4 of 6 desks were staffed, sometimes only 3 of 6, and one desk wasn't inviting customers. On arrival there were 24 people ahead of me in the queue. The staff did not seem to be working with the speed that the situation required. I had to wait around 30 minutes to be seen. Alternative, pay £40 for home collection. For a company that sells itself on products of convenience this is sadly very poor. I notice the sales queue did not suffer from this. Funny that.

Good recent experience with IKEA Croydon, sorting out delivery when a bed couldn?t fit in my car was straight forward- prompt delivery and the food onsite was surprisingly good. Would come again for sure, they are missing a trick by not offering a service for putting together the flat packs though.

You almost certainly know what IKEA is, so I'll just say this is a good one. The restaurant has nice, reasonable fare, and their products are pretty cool.
