had such a wonderful experience at the perfume department! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the entire visit a real pleasure. A special thank you to Danielle Giulia, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fragrance. She truly knows her products inside and out, and her recommendations were spot on. Danielle was patient, attentive, and made me feel valued as a customer.
It?s rare to find this level of service and expertise?she turned what could have been an overwhelming choice into an enjoyable experience. I left not only with a fragrance I love but also with the confidence that I made the right choice thanks to her me and the others members of staffs guidance.
Highly recommend visiting this department if you?re looking for excellent service and genuine care.

Had the worst experience here. Last week I spent so much time trying to find the exact fragrance I wanted as a present. After finally choosing it, the sales assistant told me she would give me the same one in a pack. But when I gave the gift just today, I found out it was a completely different model from the brand when my brother opened it! She handed me a different pack while assuring me it was the same inside. I paid a lot of money for this fragrance, only to be left extremely disappointed. The new fragrance smells nothing like what I was looking for. If I could give -5 stars, I would. I asked three times if it was the same one inside and she was positive!!

Many of the items are expensive, but the prices of the sale items are very reasonable. I like the layout. The security guards and staff are very friendly and helpful, in an unobtrusive way.

I visited House of Fraser Croydon on Sunday afternoon to browse sunglasses and purchase a card holder. Despite waiting patiently for 10 minutes, I didn't receive any assistance. When I approached the till area, I was surprised to see staff members seemingly unavailable. One assistant was tied up with a customer browsing jewelry, and when I asked for help, she declined, citing her responsibility for the jewelry display. It took multiple requests and 25 minutes of waiting before someone could assist me. To add to the frustration, I was told I couldn't try on multiple pairs of glasses at once due to store policy. The lack of staff presence and poor customer service made for a terrible shopping experience. It's essential for staff to be proactive and responsive to customer needs. As it stands, the store risks losing potential customers who are willing to spend money.
However, I must give a huge thank you to the lovely Asian saleswoman who ultimately assisted me with my purchase of a Ralph Lauren card holder! She was fantastic, and her customer service was top-notch - 10/10! I didn't catch her name, but she mentioned she grew up in Germany, and her warmth and professionalism made a big difference. She's definitely an asset to the store. If only the rest of the staff could follow her example! ??

Avoid going to this store staff are so rude attitude is disgusting
They have no customer care they only want to get rid of you with their attitude
And none of the staff have name badge on
Today Monday 21 July 25 at around 2pm I spoke to a manager about a online order they left a security tag on I had to drive up there 2 hours drive the response I got from the manager was disgusting she was aggressive fuming
I was dissatisfied with the manager as well as other staff
I?m not going back there ever again

Habiba Amiri is the sweetest lady in charge of Clinique, she?s very helpful, hard working and takes care of her customers, she?s the absolute best and I definitely recommend buying Clinique products from her!

Some staff are helpful and kind whilst others are just down right rude and passive aggressive. Returns policy is stupid, whatever you do? do not ask for your money back as although your receipt says your statutory rights are not affected, they will not ( and I can?t stress this enough ) they will not give you money back for your purchase and will even shout at you and treat you as if you?re stupid for even daring to ask. In my honest opinion avoid like the plague!!
