I just want to say that I am so grateful and so so pleased and over the moon with your very talented hairstylist KALEY at head office today. I unfortunately had had my hair colored and cut from my Mums mobile hairdresser ( and the cut and color was absolutely terrible) I spoke to Kaley and explained that I was going out for my 60th birthday on Saturday night and she worked so hard to rectify the terrible color and cut.I just wanted to say what a fantastic hairstylist she is and a credit to head office ( company)Kaley has a passion for doing hair that a lot of others don?t.5* and aboveThank you so muchA very happy customer who has already booked in for next time?Again a very big thank you to KaleyJ Howard xxxx

Do not reccomend this place at all. I had a haircut last week, and they literally ruined my hair. Even tho I booked for a blowdry as well, the lady didn't even do it, she let me go with wet hair, since she rushed to her other client who had been waiting. And after my hair looks , like rats had chewed them of. This is not serious. Definetly won't be coming back never again.

honestly do not go here!!! worse hairdressers probably in england !!?? she washed my hair used no conditioner and only washed top of my head not under nothing!! combed my hair through with knots ! honestly the trampiest salon ive been to crack heads was coming in with cans of beers. girl was wearing seethrough underwear and bra!!! such a chav hairdressers!! i asked for a cut and it was all wonky and cut wrong honestly the worst hairdressers u can go too!' DO NOT BOOK here u will be disappojnted !!

This has to be the worst hair experience ever.I booked in for my Balayage to be refreshed and my hair to be cut. I showed the hairdresser my hair last time I had it done ( at another salon) and asked for the same again.Well what I got was a five hour sit In the chair, bleach, colour two toners and my hair ruined to beyond believe.My hair was left orange, dry, and broken by what she had done, let alone the big bits at the back she had missed. I obviously became very upset and she just walked off no apology or anything. The other hair dresser that was in, stated she was just a junior (which I was never informed about, either at booking or at any point through the five hours I was sat there)Later that evening I received a text message (No phone call, just messages via text and what?s app) from the manager, who stated she had heard I was un happy with my hair. That was a understatement I was devastated at the state of my hair and the way I had been treated.She said she could fix my hair but would charge me £150 to fix something someone at her salon had ruined. After some messaging regarding legal action, she did say she would do this for free ( not sure why I would ever pay for them to fix something they did, I didn?t go in there with my hair in the state I left in)Safe to say I didn?t go back, I had to completely change my hair colour due to the damage and have to pay each month for six months for a repairing mask at another salon. Looking back at the photos I can not believe someone didn?t tell me the hairdresser wasn?t able to do what I was asking for or even let someone that wasn?t competent in what they do touch my hair.I would never recommend this salon, don?t only because the damage to my hair but also the rudeness or the hairdresser and the way I was treated after.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
