Bradley , went into branch the other day bradley helped me get better interest on my savings and booked me a mortgage appointment. through bradley looking into my account now i?m better off financially each month. very much recommended this branch excellent service sometimes a long wait but they don?t flog you off like other branches they look for your best interest and take time with you if needed

I've been in Croydon Halifax this afternoon. Want to pay money in to the bank account but there was 6 people que, waited for 25mins, in this time just 2 people have been served as only one till was working.
What's the point to have 3 tills on a side if only one work during the most busy time? And please admin don't be sorry and Apologys as its ridiculous servis to have no people to work when people need. Very disappointing...
