I just came back after my Free Bike Assessment. It was awesome. Team was very friendly and I can see they are very well known about their job. They were keen on service rather than making money. I was expecting a big list of things to be get done as I took my cycle out after two year. They assessed my bike, fixed few issues and gave back to me. I was informed well what next I need to get done. Thanks guys ?

Place an online order for collection from store X. Order had been accepted but then cancelled. Tried to call the store but without a luck. Ordered from another store and luckily all went ok but I had been charged twice (for the cancelled order as well). Tried to contact Halfords numerous times but no luck. Reported to my bank

I came with my sister to purchase a bike and we were helped by Michel. He was so helpful, friendly and professional. We are so happy with the customer service we received from everyone. Had a Nextbase 522-GW Front and Rear Dash Cam fitted at the West Wickham Halfords by Larnelle. Larnelle was extremely knowledgable and efficient taking great care when fitting the Dash Cam. He took time to ensure I was happy with every aspect of the fitting and then explained in detail all the features, connecting it with the Mobile App and testing all the functions. Truly Five Star service from Larnelle who I can recommend without hesitation - First Class service

Bad customer service ever ! Ordered an item for a click and collect which showed in stock and collect in an hour to then went to the store to collect and was told not in stock and that your best bet was to come and collect in a week ! Appalling service with no apology from members of staffs .
