A couple of years back I signed up to their Premium Membership to get the price of roof bars fitted. I should have cancelled last year but forgot. Today it took my twenty minutes to cancel my subscription because the website forces you to do it through their chat function where they try to convince you not to.
Twenty minutes of wasted time just because they want to make it hard to leave. I won't be using Halfords again any time soon.

I have also received a ticket for parking while at Halfords. I actually work for another branch and didn't know about this. I'm being charged £100 for parking. More could be done to help customers to know where to park. I only work part time and can't afford to pay the fine.

Got suggestion to replace the high and low beam bulbs. The technician did an amazing job to identify that it is the loose wire that is causing the headlight to malfunction. He also help to identify minor fix and suggested the replacement part for it. I am so glad a Ford agency gave an appointment after 30 days to finish the job that he did in 5 minutes.

PCN! PCN! PCN! SCAM FOR £100! Parking bays right next to the store building does not belong to Halfords. UKPS Ltd are issuing PCNs since 2021(see other reviews and Google other forums online) for parking at these bays. Halfords and the store are aware of this issue for years and still (intentionally) didn't place any signs to say which are store parking bay and which are 3rd party. Inspite numerous customer complaints, Halfords do not care for its customers.I got charged £100 for parking 6mins for a click and collect order. I WILL NOT SHOP ANYTHING AT HALFORDS EVER!!! NO PRODUCTS OR SERVICE!!

Horrible Place ? Parking Scam! Scam! Scam!
I will NEVER return here again, which is sad because I used to be a loyal customer. They?ve turned their car park into a money trap, handing part of it over to an intimidating, unforgiving UKPS company.
The signs are deliberately unclear ? you pop in for 5 minutes and walk out with a £100 fine! That?s exactly what happened to me when the main car park was full. I parked next to the shop, didn?t see any pay-to-display notice, and got punished for simply shopping here.
To make it worse, I contacted Halfords Customer Services, and their response was: ?We have clear signs showing which side is Halfords parking. There is nothing we can do if the parking ticket was issued by a third party.?
Are you serious? That?s ridiculous! Passing the blame and ignoring loyal customers is shameful.
This feels like a scam, plain and simple. Horrible experience, horrible management decision. If you care about your customers, put up proper warning signs instead of setting traps! Absolutely shocking.

I got a PCN for parking in the Halfords car park. The company was UKPS. Halfords are probably making money out of parking fines. I will never use this Halfords again.

CJ and Jonas were really helpful in getting my roof bars and roof box attached to my car. They were knowledgeable and helpful and I'd recommend their fitting service tomothers.
