Hey this is a Greggs. But I find they do frequently run out of things very quickly. They also very frequently cancel orders on Uber eats when they are out of stock. This branch doesn't seem capable of removing individual items on Thier Uber eats menu like other branches and businesses. And instead just stops accepting orders

I have been a round lot of GREGGS in South East London.
This one surly if not definitely one of the best GREGGS shop in SEL ZONE.
THE SUPERVISOR IS ONE HELL OF TEAM PLAYER HE WAS THERE ON CLOSEING *EVENING* 4/8/24 AND COUNTING STOCK 5/8/24 *MORNING*

Staff are abysmal, service is atrocious. Today they were closed for an hour mid morning because they were, and i quote, ''waiting for the food to cook''.... I'm sorry, excuse me? Often you will also see 5 of them in the kitchen twiddling their thumbs whilst there only 1 person serving allowing the queue to back out of the door and half way up the parade, all whilst moving at a snails pace and speaking to you like they couldn't care less.

The shop has just reopened after refit,no change at all,same ques,same shoplifting,very disappointed as there were more staff out back chatting and only one serving,

Shambles. They?ve had a refurb. Seems worse now. The manager of this store should be ashamed of themselves. Never have anything ready. Ques are out the door. No pasty?s or pastries ready apart from the rubbish.
