Food arrived stone cold after 30 minutes of it being made. Went to store to get replacements, the rude female employee was shouting at us to the astonishment of the other customers - they told her she should be more professional in her approach to people. Her response....? "I don't care". She refused to provide her name but said she was the senior employee on duty. If this is how she behaves then it's a very poor representative of Greggs. Disgraceful.

The pastries are stone cold. When I realised after ordering the sausage beans and cheese bake, I went back and asked the guy serving why its not hot. He said they havent been seeved hot for years :/. Im not sure why anyone would want a stone cold sausage roll and stone cold beans and cheese pastry??!! Doesnt sound right at all. After wasting my money the food went straight in the bin. Also didnt taste fresh on a Sunday. So disappointed

Not hygienic. The customer assistant took cash from the customer who was after me while wearing gloves gave the change back to her wearing the same gloves. He opened the paper bag and put his hand in while wearing the same glove. I also bought a chicken bake. I paid by card. I put my chicken bake in the bin after witnessing that. Giving one star for food as I was not comfortable eating it due to possible contamination.
I hope the customer assistants are given proper training about hygiene and the reasons behind wearing gloves when serving food.

Wrong order delivered last Sunday ,Greggs refused to send correct order,was told if I ordered something they would put the refund in cash in the order bag for us to collect,never using Greggs again.

Great food at relatively low prices. Service is polite and professional.Chicken bake is excellent as are breakfast rolls. Mocha is very good.Vegetarian options: Quite a lot of vegetarian options which taste great.

Store was closed dispite signs and here saying open till 6pm was closed at 4.30
