The worst customer service possible, if you are in Croydon at around 5:30pm and just want to buy a coffee, stay away from this place! I went on Wednesday 22nd of November around 5:30pm and I met an extremely rude lady unfortunately I don?t know her name, I asked for a coffee she made another one different from what I asked for and when I asked to put cream on top she filled my cup with cream and made the coffee fall out, she had to make another cup which she put half the coffee and half cream, I honestly felt like she was working for free and I was begging something not PAYING!

Why are staff so rude and refusing orders at 5:30pm today whilst should be open until 6:00pm.Please investigate the matter as not the first time, also staff particularly rude to customer especially the orange hair lady.

Just order 2 meal deal. The staff was very rude, start to arguing with the customers, the lady call a delivery driver disable because he couldn?t hand the cup of coffee.Then when we get the orders, we didn?t got the coffee?s. And the gentleman start to shout that we didn?t order them, even if we said meals.The lady didn?t stop talking why I get in her business when he talks rude with customers. Never back!! Please avoid this place.
