I had an amazing experience at Greggs thanks to Fleming?s outstanding customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Their warm attitude and efficiency truly made my visit enjoyable. A great example of excellent service!

I don?t know if he?ll ever see this but I lost my purse today not knowing I left it at Greggs as I was at the hospital all day. The incredible manager dropped it off and absolutely made my day! The sausage roll was delicious as always too! Thank you so much I am so grateful! :)

The store is never open at 6am even though Google maps states it does. Very rude staff compared to all the other fantastic sites across London.

M8 everyday I get her for half 6 am and the sho doesn?t until 7 am the staff are very disrespectful and aggressive when dealing with customers. If shop says open at 6am why do they only open and hour later ??

There are 3 absolutely lovely gentlemen (Joe, Daniel and Feming) working here who have been nothing but an absolute pleasure to interact with. I come on a weekly basis (always rushing for school pickups). They know my order by heart, they know me by name and they are nothing but not pure respectful individuals. I wish there were a higher rating that 5*.
They deserve a raise and full recognition!

I go almost everyday to get my coffee before I take the train to work. Their service will be either very good or very bad, nothing in between and it depends on who is working. Only two costumers including me and 2 servers, a guy and a girl. The girl was taking orders but as slow as a snail, barely talking or making eye contact and even getting the order wrong, maybe she was new not sure. But if you asked her something, her face expression and attitude was saying "I can't be bothered".The guy seemed to be there only to chat with her, no work and he has been there for a long time.

Was hoping to get a coffee on my way to work but store was closed. Website says it opens at 6am but still closed at 6.15. can obviously afford to lose so much money . Will go elsewhere from now on

Very poor service , taking his own time , you guys ain?t serving manual coffee it?s a machine made coffee & takes his own time to serve it .Very slow even though there was a massive queue ! It took literally 12 minutes for him to serve my coffee and I asked cream on top , he was searching to the cream and to take the cream he took another 2 minutesI missed my train because this poor servicePLEASE ALLOT ACTIVE STAFFS GREGGS
