I ordered a chicken kebab yesterday, the menu should write each ingredient in grams, not just the calories! Through the window I saw the person put his fingers through the bread/kebab crust to expand it to add the ingredients, after he wiped it on his pants! It's disgusting, can touch anything with bare hands, nose, hair, ass then food.that is not possible, they should wear gloves! When I asked for a refund, the very irritated cashier said that it's normal to put hand on the food and that's the shop's policy! She was very rude how she spoke ..the manager should have training with such people! I'm also going to file a complaint with the council because it doesn't deserve 5* ! This is not Vietnamese street food, infecting food with your bare hands. I'll go there again and I'll keep complaining until all looks okay.

I LoVe GDK but this croydon branch broke my heart as the food was cold and when I complained to the staff they told me off instead of helping me I wouldn't recommend croydon GFK as the staff is extremely RUDE.

Usually I would appreciate a large amount of meat, but in this case? let?s just say quality over quantity. The meat (the key part of the kebab) was as bland as boiled potatoes without salt, and the fries were softer and nastier than a rat?s tail. The cheese didn?t help either, rather made it soggy. How can a kebab store not have enough seasoning or texture in their meat??? What?s the point of grilling them that way? Might aswell just grab some lemur meat from your local trash can.
Additionally, eating the burger felt like biting into a stale foamy bun (non-burger textured bun) with an unpleasant amount of thin strips of bland meat. I?m not even sure it?s real meat. Might be beans, don?t know. Anyways, if you feel like you deserve a proper kebab/dinner, would recommend going somewhere else!
On the other hand, the only positive thing I can bring out from the experience is the load of vegetables. Anyone on a veggie diet, come here! Veggies rule over meat and sauce.

Food was nice but wow... staff seemed constantly confused and annoyed with each other. Some people waited ages and orders were constantly mixed up with some very frustrated customers. And all customers could hear them getting annoyed with each other
