Fulham timber always have a great selection of timber and sheet materials, and we always go to them for our oak veneer and MR Mdf. The Purley way branch also has a great team, with helpful and friendly service. Special mention to Alfie, Pat and Jonathan who have really helped me out this week with excellent service. Highly recommend.

Timber order through Materials Market arrived covered in mould with the stench of bleach. I was advised by the branch to sand off the mould!Part of the order returned for a refund that was damaged along with 6m lengths ordered cut into 3m lengths.

Awful service. Part of my order was missing from delivery at the end of March. Requested a refund for the missing items beginning of april and still waiting, no one responds to emails and when I phone I get told either its been done or I'll look into it and call you straight back, which they don't! Starting to seem like once they have your money it's see ya later, your on your own.

I just had a great first experience with Fulham Timber after switching from another supplier. The price was great, but the customer service from Jackie was top class. Helpful and friendly on the phone. The cutting team did a great job and delivery was smooth. I'll be using them again for my next timber orders

Good people, good prices!I will be returning, next time I need some timbers.I'm no expert, but I did my research online before spending me spondoolies, and talking to locals who know "the trade"; all roads led to Fulham Timber!Whilst clearly very busy, Jonathan was patient, helpful and courteous with me in arranging my (looong) cuts (we communicated through a combination of email and telephone, as appropriate). & I even managed to sneak in free delivery (on my relatively small order, which wasnot urgent and possibly/ hopefully en route for their other deliveries).So, shivver me timbers, next time I need to arrange some "walking of the plank", I'll surely be back. ;)
