staff here is so lazy, rude and stupid, they newer ask about help, always just stay and gossip, idk why they get paid for these, please if it is any manager do something with them, they never do nothing, 2-3 times per week I visited store and never seen then even cleaning. It's terrible

Visited the branch on the 7th February 2024 for a refund for a pair of trainers. I was well within my consumers rights had my receipt, the manager ( black middle age lady with long hair locks) asked if I had worn the shoes which I had not, then she had taken the padding out of the trainer and said that there were hairs on there. The shoes had not been worn and the packing was still in the trainer. The manager then asked if I lived near here and I said I brought the trainers from the blue water store which was all on the receipt . The manager was extremely rude with a stinking attitude who wasn?t helpful, the manager then said the login details wasn?t working to process the refund and stated I still had 3 weeks to refund this. I was not happy with her overall attitude as she did not want to process the refund. I was within the consumers rights. I was very dissatisfied so I had no choice but to walk away from the manager as I wasn?t getting anywhere with her, trying to keep my cool . My mother & nan was with me so my mum called head office to talk to someone who could be more helpful & professional in noticing that the manager asked a member of staff to carry out the refund transaction. All of this could of been avoided with the manager behaving politely, respectfully, calmly & important professionally. This woman should NOT be playing a customer service role. It?s sad to see the behaviour in such establishment. I hope action will be taken against this woman ??

During my recent interaction with your customer service team, I encountered unprofessional behavior that fell below the standards I have come to expect. The staff members I dealt with displayed a lack of courtesy, empathy, and professionalism throughout the entire interaction. Their tone was dismissive, and they seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns or providing adequate assistance. I have spoken to the store assistant manager about it. I'm going to write complain letter to area manger.

Very rude manager, no customer service at all. All the clothes on display are all dirty and they refuse a refund when you try to return an item in perfect condition. Do not come to this store the manager herself is very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would!

The manager is very rude!! Do not come to this store! I tried to return an item I had bought, it was in perfect condition and she rudely refused to give me a refund!! Footasylum are scammers! Worst customer service ever from the manager!

This shop is not bad, has a decent range of clothes to chose from. I feel like it's trainer selection has decreased to make room for more clothes so it's trainer selection is on the smaller side. Prices for trainers are typical prices youd expect and sometimes you can get a good sale item. But overall it's a small shop when it offers alot more online and in bigger stores. Staff are ok, all very young so there's potential receive some poor customer service. But its croydon don't ask for to much

Black fat guy sagging his jeans. No customer service skills at all, came up behind me (a small petite girl!) and was standing weirdly close to me. Followed me all around the shop. Standing right in front of me whilst I?m sitting down. Avoid him at all costs he takes advantage of his job to get girls. 14:55 Saturday

The worst shop customer I've been seen in all my life. To day i tried to buy trousers for them and i asked the woman behind the desk i wanna tried if does fit me the said No then she said ask my supervisor... Also she refused to talk to me and she's extremely unfriendly..? I thought smiling is free. Anyway the manager she wasn't there to complain so i decided i will come back to the shop next time to do what i need to do.... Very very said about croydon

Absolutely dreadful customer service lady at the till had appalling greetings skills, I went in to deal with a simple exchange but instead I was told they can't do due to there stock take, but on there website it states that they can. Spent 5 minutes supposedly speaking to there manager to tell me to send it to them, they can't do it. Absolutely useless. Never buying from footasylum again.
