staff here is so lazy, rude and stupid, they newer ask about help, always just stay and gossip, idk why they get paid for these, please if it is any manager do something with them, they never do nothing, 2-3 times per week I visited store and never seen then even cleaning. It's terrible

Visited the branch on the 7th February 2024 for a refund for a pair of trainers. I was well within my consumers rights had my receipt, the manager ( black middle age lady with long hair locks) asked if I had worn the shoes which I had not, then she had taken the padding out of the trainer and said that there were hairs...
