We booked for injections two weeks in Advance the day of the appointment we got a call to move it from 10 am to 13.15 we were not told about our passport so I had to go and get them when I got back we still had to sit in the waiting room for 2hrs for what I could not tell. we ask twice and was told not long to go if we did not need the injection I would have left and never look backI would never use this place again good luck if you DO
