A bit disappointed with the quality of the broom, duster and dust parker. The electric kettle I wanted wasn't available so went for a compromised option. On the whole, a bit underwhelmed compared to others dunelm stores I have shopper at.

At Dunelm. What shocking service!Colleagues shopping and taking their time at the tills.Our service consultant looked so disinterested in her job, walked slow, talked slow.When the queue became longer, they appeared to move even slower, as another customer commented, they'll never cope with the Christmas rush.Some training required?

Me and my husband we went into the store and placed an order for curtains.After we did the booking we had a first visit to take measures etc at our home and the fitting booking was booked on 18 November at 9.30 3 days prior they called and send email will be late one hour we accepted on the fitting day we were waiting no one showed up they called at 13pm saying is a missing part after they called they found it butthey don't have a fitter!asked for full refund can't do this very unprofessional so still waiting for refund of 2073£.This is disappointing service and today called again answer and when found out who is hang up now on my way to them to recover my money form those scammers

No staff around to ask location of things. The bedding, sheets, pillowcases etc, were not in one place making it so difficult to locate the plain ones we wanted, they seemed to be dotted around.

Made to Measure is very bad if you are booking for a floor-to-ceiling window.For a 235 cm curtain, the chain provided is not even half of the curtain. As a 155 cm person, it's hard to use that 1-meter chain on a daily basis just to roll up and down the curtain. I have contact the customer service, they use child safety as an excuse not to provide a longer chain, which can be easily avoid by the bracket fix.I believe if it's a curtain at your house, you will definitely not happy about it while you tiptoe.

I love the reliability of this store, I mean like most places these days you can check the website before you go to store to check if they have the items you need, but they really do have a great range/selection available. I'll always pop in if I'm at the retail park to grab some things for the house. Their seasonal ranges are also really good.

Easy to use Click and collect.Staff were helpful in storeShort line when I went to collect my pre ordered stuff.Cafe staff are always nice and friendly. Good range of Lunch and snack items on the menu

I recently had an unfortunate experience when interacting with the manager and receptionist at Dunelm. I felt the level of customer service was not up to the standards I expected. The communication was not only unhelpful but also came across as rude. Additionally, I was disappointed to encounter what I perceived as discriminatory behavior. It is essential for businesses to foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all customers. I hope that Dunelm takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure a more positive experience for everyone in the future

Nice spacious store set over 2 floors, lots of variety to choose from. Lovely café situated in this store, serving hot and cold food and drinks. 10/10

Good variety off items but there was a charity for cancer research inside by the exit and I fully support the charity and when they tried to set us up on a monthly contract to donate I said I would donate online and they said no you can't you just won't donate will you so I ended up leaving quite frustrated to be honest.

If you want to go to a store with the worst customer service, full of young people who look moody and unhappy to work here and cant serve customers efficiently, then this is the best store to come to in Croydon. Would 100% recommend to not even come here for click and collect because I dislike the service I did click and collect and they even got that wrong :) go anywhere but here, honestly.

Good store, plenty of choice, restaurant looks like it's been updated since my last visit. Got to post my two pennies worth - toilets still aren't up to stratch unfortunately.

I always prefer online shopping with Dunelm, but it?s useful to see things in person before committing to anything. Loads of stock. Slightly difficult to navigate around the shop and it does just feel like walking around a warehouse. But it?s not bad!
