Calvin at Dreams Croydon was very helpful when we went into buy a new spring mattress this week - brilliant product knowledge and great customer focus. He helped us get the sleep/posture assessment, was patient when we quizzed him on product/brand details and provided all the info we needed to make the right purchase for our aging (40-year-old!) back needs. He was on hand for any questions we had, without being pushy. Would recommend!

We were warmly greeted by an employee called Noel who asked us a few questions to get started and showed us several options, adjusting each option with the comments we had made about the previous one. Although we didn't leave the store with a mattress due to the one we looked online not being available in store, Noel provided fantastic service and was very knowledgeable and I would definitely come back.

Having had a Dreams bed for the past 20 years I decided it was time to change it, we went to your store in Croydon. You have a lot of beds there, we were helped with everything by Moses, He showed me which were the firmest mattresses, which was what I wanted, he showed us various ottoman beds and the colour swatches, with his help we eventually selected a new bed, in the colour we liked, with matching head board and then the recommended firm mattress. Moses made everything easier for us, it was a pleasure to do business with him. We now look forward to delivery on August 20.

We are first time mattress buyers and WOW I did not expect the service to be this amazing. We were delightfully greeted by China , a young member of staff. She offered us hot chocolate, coffee, water and anything else we might need to be comfortable. She showed us the bed simulator that calculated our mattress needs ( awesome ) and then explained to us what the outcome was. She is VERY well read up on mattresses and foam types etc. quite impressive. With her help it was easy and we found a mattress in under half an hour. Wish I could go back all the time! Thank you china !
