Took over an hour to be delivered. I was told the pizza was on its way. Called again 30 minutes later to be told it had only just left. The pizza was cold called and did not bring the sauces i payed for .

Terrible Service. The person who took my order did not understand me. I had to repeat my order and my address many times. Consequently he took the wrong order. 1 hour 10 minutes later after a telephone call to find out where my pizza was, it arrived, very dry and cold. It went straight in the bin, it was terrible.
I was promised a refund by Tanya, that was 9 days ago. I am still waiting for the refund!!

Cause for Concern ? Domino's Selsdon: 3 HAIRS FOUND! in Pizza
On the 23rd of October 2024, I placed an online order with Domino's Selsdon at 6:16 PM. The pizza arrived approximately 30 minutes later. Upon opening the pizza, I noticed three separate black hairs on it. Both my wife and I are light blonde, so it is clear that these hairs originated from Domino's.
I immediately called Domino's to raise a complaint. The person I spoke with was dismissive and rude. I was instructed to email a photo of the contamination, which I promptly did. I was informed that the manager would review the matter and that I would be refunded within four days, a timeframe that I find unreasonably long. I inquired about what to do with the contaminated pizza and was told to dispose of it. However, I have retained two slices as evidence in case further investigation is required.
Regarding the interaction with the staff, when I suggested they review their health and safety practices, the representative put the phone down, very rude lady.
I intend to pursue a full refund and escalate this matter with Domino's corporate headquarters. There are significant health and safety concerns at this franchise, and the staff could benefit from training in basic customer service etiquette.

Rubbish service, answer phone and straight away put you on hold. Ordered and paid for pizza delivery which never arrived.Money was taken and received text saying pizza out for delivery. Tried calling Selsdon branch half an hour later and kept being put on hold, hung on for 25 minutes. Still no pizza after an hour and a half!!! Terrible service ?we won't be ordering from here again!!

Considering there are houses behind and attached to this row of shops, they don?t seem to care at all that the people they are hiring to do deliveries are sitting in their cars all night every night with music blaring and revving the cars. You can hear it all the way down the road and I feel sorry for people who live close by hearing this until ridiculous times in the night.

people are very very great. pizza wasnt the best but i was given free wings and garlic breadParking: Very nice didn't expect there to be a valet. Haven't got my car back yet im still at the restuarant. Valet attire was interesting, nike tracksuit and somewhat rude fellow, but it is what it is.

Wish I read the other reviews before placing an order.Initially emailed in for a birthday enquiry wanting 25 pizzas. Got a call back pretty quick and was told we could get 50% off and delivery as it was a big order but I would need to order on the day as they can?t do pre orders which was fine.On the day of the order I went in branch and talked through my order. The staff member taking my order told me at the end I could only get 30% or 40% off. Clearly poor service for someone doing an above the average order value. Wasn?t willing to offer the 50% on delivery but was already prepared with my meerkat 50% offer which he quickly put through. Why he just didn?t offer the 50% in the first place boggles the mind. Also charged £2.50 delivery on top. I asked for the pizza to be delivered at 4:15pm as it was for a toddlers party but arrived at 4:40pm keeping the kids waiting. Food was average but for a big order one would expect a better service. Such a shame. Won?t be ordering from here again.It?s beneficial for a business to want bigger orders but these guys don?t seem to care

Another franchise owner bothered about making money only. The pizzas don't even reach the standards dominos set. This place should be checked by Domino's the management are a bunch of cowboys and will never refund even when they admit mistakes as it's "not company policy' (meaning the franchisees policy). I really hope you read the reviews before ordering from this place. Shocking!!

Ordered delivery from here twice now since moving to the area. Quality is great, pizzas arrive fresh and hot. No complaints, it's a great meal for nights we can't be bothered to cook.Vegetarian options: Domino's have both vegetarian and vegan pizzas.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Received a pizza that I ordered with extra cheese and got a air bubbles piece of doug with nothing on Contacted them to complain and sent photos. Agreed the pizza is not correct but refuse to refund. Have said they can collect the piece of bubbles dough (but I'd have to fish it out the bin) have even been passed to the area manager for topaz ltd the franchise owner and they still refuse to refund. Be warned if you spend your money here you will be dissapointed. I'm actually in shock by the way they treat their customers!
