I've used Dial a Flight fori several USA trips and their service is second to none. I know that there are cheaper options which is fine when things don't go wrong. But when they do, they sort everything out at no extra cost. I've had flights cancelled at short notice and they do the work to rebook with no hassle.

Whenever i'm thinking of a break, away from the UK, i use Dial a flight first, because in the past they haven't let me down with great package deals, whether for a weekend away or 2-3 weeks. A bit less competitive on 'flight only' deals, but always giving that extra service & support not found elsewhere.

We usually don?t give a review on ticket or travel agencies, but without a doubt, this people at the Dailaflight deserves a medallion.We booked a flight to Dubai and hotel with them and from day one, they were kind humble and straight. We have booked a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia through this company and from now on we will not be using anyone else!! Forget Opodo and Last Minute and the rest. This company still values good customer service. Gary Patel, who we dealt with, was so patient and made some great suggestions.
