Visited today and blown away by the cleanliness and layout of the store which made it super engaging and aesthetically pleasing to walk around but what really stood out was the Customer Experience which was flawless. Refreshing not to have high pressure sales tactics on you as soon as you walk through the door, just friendly faces welcoming you smiling, and offering help and assistance where and when needed. We received exceptional service from Immy instore who was a true ambassador of what excellent service looks like for Dfs. Immy was amazing with our kids, whipped up a couple of Hot Chocolates for them and helped my wife and I navigate the huge choice in store and refine down our choices. Very impressed with the whole experience Dfs Croydon, thank you !

Avoid purchasing from the Croydon branch. My partner visited the store and interacted with a representative named Angela to order a left-handed Sofia. Despite clearly demonstrating her preference by sitting on a right-handed Sofia and stating she wanted the opposite, there was confusion on Angela's part about which side the sofa should be on. Upon receiving the incorrect sofa, we returned to the store and spoke with a manager named Shawn. He was both discourteous and unprofessional, promising to call back but never did. They don't offer refunds, so be cautious when considering this company. If I could, I'd rate them with zero stars.

Ordered my sofa after giving them detailed description of my doors and foyer . They were so confident while placing the order that it will get in .When it came after 5 weeks it could not go in. Called the customer service about the next steps she asked me to read the terms and condition on website. Pathetic service, was planning to get my other sofa from them but would not recommend anyone. I should have trusted the reviews below .

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. TOTAL CON. Miss-sold sofa. Lied to about quality and they are refusing to refund the sofa which is poor quality and not as described. Sofa seats are bumpy and soft. Paid for upgrade to firm foam, which is poor, lumpy, and uneven. I?ll be trying to write complaints to get this resolved by someone more senior despite spending hours on the phone to speak to a respectable grown up.

My sofa didn't get delivered on the day I was told and now having to wait another 5 weeks. In total 10 weeks. This company do not offer any form of communication not free delivery.

Some nice pieces that met our requirements. Seems like most of the assistants were sitting on sofas chatting among themselves while customers were strolling around. But we had a very good assistant who was very informative and helpful.

We ordered a bed on June 16th and it still hasn?t arrived. DFS put next doors address on the delivery and still haven?t delivered it yet. We have had to sleep on the floor since July 11 as the delivery was meant to come but then but they refused to deliver due to the address saying next day even though we showed them proof of purchase. The delivery team on the phone said they were in the wrong and would come back the same day. They never came back. When we spoke to the headquarters they said they don?t know how the address is wrong as DFS are meant to check twice. We have been trying to sort it out since then. DFS has been useless. The manager Shawn is rude and has still not sorted this out. He keeps on saying the delivery will be done soon but still when we call the delivery team they said it?s still the wrong address. AVOID as still no bed and they?re refusing to give a refund. They keep saying compensation after delivery but we?ve not heard anything and they won?t even say the amount of compensation. We?ve asked for at least a blow up mattress or express delivery of the bed and they can?t even sort that out.

Poor customer service, delivery has still not arrived and there is no progress every time we call. Read the trustpilot reviews and you?ll see it?s common with this company. Avoid at all costs, the manager Shawn is useless.

Avoid a at all costs lying staff and managers to be precise talking about Shaun. Broken sofa delivered after 9 weeks they will tell you 6 got email from manager mentioned above that I will receive some sort of compensation for waiting time. When mentioned he just ignore you and never reply on emails?Back of the sofa broke after 2 weeks although it was broken when delivered and now I?ve realised that one of the one of the spring base it?s broken.. so well done dfs if only I can rate you 0 because that?s what you areBy the way quality of the sofa is zero as well

Since march 2023 i have been trying to ask for some resolution regarding the damage they caused to my house and the sofa while the sofa delivery. This has been the worst customer experience of my life.They are so careless and unprofessional people. They called me-into the store and none of the manager spoke to me just because they don't want to admit there fault.Pathetic service after sale
