The store itself is great but the security guy is more than rude every time! I once tried something to see how it fits on me, after the staff told me I can do so, and the security came really close to me asking who told me to open it and treating me like a criminal! Also, whenever I leave the store and thank/goodbye the staff on my way out the security guy stares at me and profoundly ignores me compared to the rest of the staff who are more than friendly! Seriously, it?s a reason to avoid coming there if you have such an unwelcoming person!!

We visited on 27 August. We wanted to buy winter hiking gear. Other than hiking boots, their stock availability was appalling. A quarter of the shop was dismanted and empty shelving. It was a total waste of our morning.

Purchased a new MTB and Muhammad Bilal was top mechanic to help me with getting this bike in shape. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

Don?t ever go there if your bike is not bought from them, the repair team are incompetent firstly and secondly won?t offer help and support, total shambles, saying this service in other branches is satisfactory the least, this purley way branch needs a massive overhaul

The shop is messy, lost of product are on the floor, packages are opened. Products are not placed with the correct price tag. We had to check the correct price online at the end. Staff's attitade are bad. I would be happier to shop online rather than go to the shop.

Answer the phone! I don't want to drive 4 miles to check stock. The website says you got it but in store you haven't got it. I tried calling for 2 days straight.

A not well organised shop!! No signage for different sections, labels are missing, stuff is on the floor. This makes the shopping experience quite stressful unfortunately

What a dump, not one clothing item there I would buy. I saw 3 promising items and they all had obvious flaws that meant I couldn't buy. Nice jacket with zips to open up so you can do from breathable to not breathable, nice idea, look closer and there's a label on the jacket saying not waterproof so what's the point.
Most of the fabric is nasty feeling polyester , one item has some cotton and one item has some wool. The wool item is a t shirt that even in its smallest size is way too long like a woman's dress. Can't buy that.
Cotton one was full of nasty cheap feeling polyester as well

This is one of the best stores in the whole country, it has everything you need and all the services they provide are top notch. I usually use this store for obtaining boots, camping stuff, cycling and general sports stuff and it never fails to get me sorted, the prices in here are perfect too and well worth it.
I have also had my bike serviced here frequently and Giovanni has always been happy to help, honestly the best cycling member of staff I have seen anywhere in the country so polite and gets the job done, I honestly can not thank him enough for how much he has helped with my bike, a true legend.
In Conclusion, If you are thinking of coming here to shop, you very likely won't regret it.
