Very rude sales person, throwing me out of the shop before the closing time. "Ordering" me to leave even though the shop should still be open for another 5 minutes. This kind of people should either be trained as to how to represent front of the house or should find a job at the back of it.

Booked a date for furniture pickup a week and a half in advance. They wouldn?t give me a timeframe, so they told me to be available from 8am until 5pm. I had already moved out of my flat, but I agreed to the collection and made plans to return to my old flat to wait there all day.During the week, I called again to make sure the pickup was scheduled, and they said yes. On the day of the pickup, I waited all day and heard nothing from them. Finally at 2:30 I called, but no one picked up. At 3:00 I called again, and the person who picked up said they hadn?t been able to collect because I ?hadn?t given my phone number.?I had given every piece of information they asked for, and had called to make sure everything was ready. If you have any choice at all, do not deal with this shop.

Very good and cheap second hand furniture. My issue was that I live near them in the City House building and I wanted to buy a 30 pounds TV stand. Because I carry by myself and my wife is not a strong woman I asked how much can be the delivery. The staff said 25 pounds. I can't pay 25 pounds delivery for a 30 pounds table. And the blond lady looks arrogant. She ignored me after I said that I live near them and 25 is too much.
