Good Afternoon. I use your Pharmacy in Parkstone Road, Hastings on a regular basis. After reading some of the comments on here I am absolutely astounded at the bad reviews. I find ALL of the team to be very helpful and go above and beyond to help you, be it to do with a Prescription, have a Health Issue or just purchasing an item. Please, if people can not say anything kind say nothing at all. Also to be respected you have to show respect. Thank you to the Staff in Parkstone Road for being so Helpful.

Usually never have a problem with AXBRIDGE but this time my medication has been delivered and is totally INCORRECT. I have SITAGLIPTIN for diabetes, and have been sent SILDENAFIL for male erection problems. I?m totally flabbergasted and am leaving home now to drive miles to get this sorted. I refuse to be their guinea pig to find out what this WRONG medication would do to a lady, when it?s clearly a MALE tablet. Very cross to say the least..And Thank God I had my wits about me to check.. pic incl..

Day Lewis Exeter . Staff fine face to face. But you try to ring them , I have been trying for the last 2 days not getting a response apart from the pharmacy is busy right now please try later .In the end I went to the pharmacy and always get the same result when I say I have been trying to ring for two days. Oh sorry we have a problem with the phone line .Rubbish this has been happening for an over a year now. Sort your phones out for Christ sake please sooner than later.

day lewis at torquay wellswood.I was ringing them from 3.50 hours yesterday until 5pm . Started today at 0905 gave up at 1015 (sorry we are busy) is all we got doctors advised the would have got prescription on Tuesday. What do I do?

I was recently invited to a blood pressure test with the Woodley Day Lewis Chemist. This chemist is brilliant with brilliant staff who give excellent customer service time, even on this occasion (despite no apology, just agreement that these appointments were wasting peoples' time).
Having agreed a time for the bp test I arrived in good time and had to queue making me 12 minutes late for the agreed time. Finally the assistant told me that as I was already on bp medication, there would be no bp test for me and that their Head Office were incorrectly texting people and making appointments only to be turned away as only people who are not on bp medication could have tests (such as my husband who attended his appointment the week before).
I explained that this had wasted my time and efforts as I even received a text confirming the appointment. The kindly assistant agreed and said that HO was doing this as they had no idea of which clients had bp or not and just texting to all clients.
I was appalled to hear all of this. Can you ensure that no more people's time is wasted and at least text an apology for wasting people's time.

No stars provided as they don?t deserve any. My local day Lewis pharmacy. are not helpful whatsoever. They turn phone off every day from 9am till 6pm everyday. How they get away with this beggars belief they did not answer all last week and all of today anyone registering for service I wouldn?t bother.

Karren Giles absolutely horrible person allowed me and my unwell 1year old to stand outside while I'm in agony with my back n need my mental health prescription and my prescription was there as I phoned yesterday and then she started screaming at me. I pre pay my prescription so un sure why something couldn't be done. Definitely talking to CQC

Complete waste of my time as i have now to return to pharmacy for the 3rd time to get the remaining prescription. Have tried calling them on over 12 occasions, but they never pick up the phone. What a disgraceful service they provide & will certainly not be using them again.

Local pharmacy absolutely useless, put in via NHS app for 25/26 items , incl some for my heart kidneys and respiratory after suffering a near fatal heart attack and also fluid in lungs so the medication is vital.12 days on still not received any. Called my pharmacy and they said they are awaiting 1 item, so they could have sent the rest . 1 item being vital for my heart function, and they don't know when they will get itCalled Head office customer services 3 times and no one answers the phoneWaste of space and time , but they are only ones that deliver in my local area

The Pharmacy in Newent is an absolute shambles! My husband put a prescription in online via the GP over a week ago. I went to collect it today and it still wasn't ready. Had to wait over half an hour for the prescription to be checked by the pharmacist. The new "makeover" obviously didn't makeover the way the pharmacy is run. "Have you had a text to say it's ready?" "No, but it was sent over a week ago and my husband's on his last day of pills". Seriously, if they got any slower in there, they would stop!
