One of the best,Customer service was very good there, quite a few points oneon time, welcoming , friendly but professional, hygiene 100%, information was overwhelming. Excellent service. The optician there noticed a defect and swiftly and rapidly referred my dad on to emergency services. He ended up needing emergency surgery. The GP said it was very rare that an optician would be able to pick up such a subtle signWe are deeply grateful to the team at Day Lewis for their expertise and clarity

Always a bit cautious with where I go especially for my dad whose eyes are weaker than mine but going here was a great decision. You're made to feel comfortable the second you walk in and given assistance when choosing your frames. Ketan makes you feel at ease when conducting the eye exam and explains everything throughout. Highly recommended.

I always have a very good experience with Day Lewis Opticans in Addiscombe. They are great with the children and always helpful and prompt when we have to fix my son's glasses. I highly recommend this optician.

Fantastic service! I have very bad dry eye which had been giving me problems for years. Over these years I have seen many ophthalmologists but none of them have been able to help to a major degree. A friend suggested Day Lewis as they have a Moorfields specialist who visits and I was fortunate to be able to book an appointment with him. He completed a thorough examination and then prescribed me the right treatment. I would definitely recommend this opticians staff are friendly, welcoming and the service is great!
