I feel compelled to leave a review to highlight how Hersh made our experience here very pleasant. It was so hard to not buy what we intended to do because he was very helpful but due to unforeseen circumstances we left without our laptop which we were inches away from purchasing - no one?s fault at all btw.
Hersh was very personable and understanding. His service was so refreshing to receive as customer service nowadays is so rare.

Never got any white goods to show you snd they look everything up on line....I can do that, wanted to see the items....place is a mess.

Poorly managed store. This is local to me so I always have to go here unfortunately. They are very consistent with poor service, not sure if others are same. This time we went to buy sound system and 70% of them were not working, remote missing or broken system. Staff keep disappearing, we had to keep calling for help but after 3 times we had enough so we left the store, very disappointing experience.

For a large super store lots of item we were looking for were out of stock. Better off staying at home and looking online.

Today I had gone into curry?s, Purley way looking to purchase a washing machine and a cordless hover but was not approached by any member of staff as they didn?t seem interested to approach customers and ask if they needed any assistance. This was until a member of staff called Daniele approached us and instantly asked us if we needed any help.
Straight away her polite and welcoming approach made me feel very welcomed and interested when I told her which washing machine we was interested in and instantly began to help us with our queries.
I also told her that I was interested in a cordless hoover when she took us over to the areas and gave us her professional opinion on each one I questioned and with in about 5 minuets she had found the right product for me. Throughout our encounter with Daniele, she made us feel nothing but looked after, made us laugh and wanting to return to curry?s for other household products we spoke about.
I would highly recommend anyone going into this curry?s branch to find Daniele for help as she was extremely knowledgeable in her role and nothing seemed too much to ask.

Waited for 20minutes in the store; just told be told that there is queue; to be served. What a waste of everyone?s precious time.
Asked a store representative for help, he called someone and disappeared!

Poor knowledge. Takes forever to get seen or get answers
Edit.... Tried to get a Washing Machine, they installed with a leak, they promised to come back, was a lie, no-one attended, had to call emergency plumber to stop leak. Machine itself kept cutting out as no water supply, they had pushed the machine back to far and kinked the line!
Eventually got to refund the installation as was not done correclty and cost me more to fix. Send would send a voucher. Never arrived.
If you try and follow up they then say case is resolved and closed after 10 days and wont reply.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... ABSOLUTE CLOWN OPERATION....

Staff not being helpful, They try to convinced me my chromebook fixed ,i explained to the fault of my chromebook and I ask them pleaseakesure tha fault i mentioned, they ask i need to call repair team to check .

Eventually found what I wanted, a box of five reams of paper, but there wasn't a single trolley outside the store and I couldn't see any inside either so I had to carry the quite heavy box to my car. I did mention this to the man at the door checking my receipt but he mumbled something about the receipt checking being his job. The trolleys were located in different spots across the car park. I'll save my back and buy my paper elsewhere and get it delivered to my home in future...

I took my gaming PC in for repairs as the graphic card malfunctioned (amd radeon rx5700xt) which costs over £400 brand new and when I got it back they had replaced it with a budget nvidia 3050rtx which they have charged me £236 for it is not compatible with my computer and has made my computer worse and is now unusable. when I asked where my original graphics card is they said its nowhere to be found, so they have basically stolen my part to get refurbished and sold on.
All attempts at trying to get it fixed properly or get a refund has been met with blank responses. The helpline is not user friendly and most of the option given put you into a loop or ends the call without any help...
Imagine having a Ferrari, you wouldn't do the work yourself so you take it to a dealership for repairs and you find they replace the engine with a ford escort engine... That is the level of repair I received and now I have to fight to get anything done correctly.
