Understaffed and cold. Food is dry as paper had ribs ordered medium rare got charred cardboard, no follow up customer service mid meal as per normal- fine maybe understaffed - don't provide the service if you can't provide it properly, still waiting to get a new rack of ribs less dehydrated and chewy. Did not recommend coming here, regret coming back, stay away.
* Edit got refunded money for meal, they don't do fresh food their food is precooked and warmed up/grilled so it would be impossible to get medium rare ribs, my request was unheard or overlooked on order as that's when the fine print would and should have been made clear, breakdown in communication. Staff handled unfortunate situation well.

I'm sorry to say that the food leaves alot to desire me and my wife both had brocoli and peas all seem very well done looked like mash brocoli the service we had to get to get our
deserts overall for the
price They can do much better . Ps and they where not busy.

It was Valentine's day and no effort was made to the interior. Not one heart. still had some Christmas baubles on display.
Other than that enjoyed the new additions of crunchy cornbread with honey and the cod tacos.

Came for a family meal having been a few times before.
Very disappointed overall as the table was sticky, the cutlery was not clean and neither were our plates we were served on.
The food itself was not great. Lacked flavour. Salad bar did not label ingredients of food that was not just a vegetable which I think is important for allergens. People with allergens should not have to avoid it all together.
Staff were kind but the service was slow.
Will not be returning to this branch any time soon.

Went to have breakfast with my sister and her kids. Lots of choice and a good menu.
I ordered the classic breakage only for them to come back 10 mins late advising they have no scrambled egg but I can have poached or fried! I was baffled as was everyone else. Only to be told they but it in ready made and they had none in stock! This is madness it's not that hard to make on site!
Having said all that the service was fantastic and the lady that served us was lovely.

I deducted one star for atmosphere because unfortunately we chose to visit on a Wednesday afternoon and it appears a particular family lunch there Wednesday weekly. We had the Misfortune of been seated behind them. They were atrocious. From the eldest to the youngest. Spoilt our otherwise lovely lunch.

I was really blown away by the staff. I have a nut and seed allergy, and they were so helpful and reassuring, making my visit very welcoming and I felt at ease.
