Very competitive tyre prices, but I can't understand why it takes over an hour to fit two tyres when you have a booked appointment. It's frustrating when you know the job shouldn't take that long.Maybe a ploy to get you spending in the warehouse??EDIT...A few weeks after having these tyres fitted, I had the balancing checked elsewhereIt was found that the fitters at Costco hadn't removed old weights before rebalanced, resulting in an unnecessary weight of over 60g on one of the wheels!I would suggest buying tyres from Costo and having them fitted by more experienced fitters somewhere else.

Used the Tyre centre in Croydon today. Can't thank Jake enough for helping me sort my TPMS issue on my Insignia. Quarter of the price compared to Vauxhall. Worth becoming a Costco member just for this.

Told me that the tyers I wanted wasn't compatible with my car as they were not the original tyer size. Yet I had tyers of the same size already on the car.

Maybe the instore experience is good, but tried to phone them to find out if they had a tyre in stock all afternoon and all morning the next day to no answer. Rang the store line and they said there was only one phone and they'd pass the message on when they saw someone to call me back at sometime. Never got a call back. Had to go elsewhere in the end as I couldn't risk going there with a puncture if they didn't have the tyre or time to replace it.

Called up yesterday to ask if they had a tyre. They did, went down and was sorted within an hour. Only downside was the traffic in the store meant it took ages to actually leave. Big thank you to Dan for his help, made my day

Excellent customer service from Lee.I'm one of those females, who knows nothing about carsIt's my first car, and not ashamed to admit that ?????Lee was great and took the time (quite a bit) to talk me thru and explain, what this and that meant etc.Plus there's deals in tyres regularly - Can't recommend Costo Tyre Centre Croydon enough.

The tyre centre {which is located in a Costco side room just after reception) not only has a good selection of tyres but also has a good selection of fair priced Bosch car batteries. I was looking everywhere and didn't trust ordering online. I called ahead to see if my battery was in stock and it was so I drove up the next day and purchased it. Costco isn't insured to install car batteries but that's fine. There was a bit of confusion during purchase as there were no staff in the tyre/battery area and other staff weren't initially sure if they offered battery installation. I also nearly paid twice due to the back and forth plus till confusion. Apart from that everyone was helpful and made every effort to make sure questions were answered. Though one could argue someone should have been in or around the tyre area when I picked up the battery and needed help to answer my queries in the first place. Instead I had to wait until after I'd shopped and paid for my other items to get the help I needed.

Just needed some air in my van tyres but they pumped them up for me to the right pressure for free! Better than going to a petrol station and paying for a dodgy pump.
