Great prices and variety of products ! However staff need to improve their customer service skills. I asked if there was a baby feeding room and i was told that if I needed to feed i should go to disabled toilets .. and she laughed ?? The answer shocked me! Hopefully Cosco see this and improves their customer service , even if there was not a baby feeding room the staff should not suggest a toilet a place to feed a newborn..Cosco is not baby friendly even though they are selling baby products..

They have some excellent products. I bought Sheperd pie from the cooked meals but never again- a lot of salt and not tasty. Bad quality. Sorry.

I love the costco prices, food,etc.. the part that customers who utilise the parking have to realise is its easy to get a parking ticket and by the time you pay it you may as well go to a regular supermarket.I am a blue badge holder so it takes a bit more time. This day it was raining and parking was crazy to get first of all.Being the first time going to Costco I sat down and ate and feed my infant daughter, I then explored the store.By the time I got done at the tills and checking at the door the time was gone for parking.I feel its a scam because no one goes to Costco to small shop usually. So I figured how they get you is parking fees.

Plenty of parking. Easy to find. Has a garage for fitting tyres as well. Here, you can buy the Kirkland products. The water from Costco is popular as 40 bottles cost £3.45.The Thai Mali fragrant rice (yellow sacks) 10kg are £14.99.You can get the executive card or individual card which doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Good savings.Costco is where I buy all my meats - especially the chicken breasts and pork. Yes, you pay higher because it's bulk but freeze them and you save alot more than buying the same amount in other supermarkets like Waitrose, Asda, Sainsbury's, etc.10/10 would recommend. I've been going here for monthly groceries since 2014.Thanks!Josh

Haven't been for ages but Christ, are the prices under the now. Still have to buy in bulk so it's even more expensive than it used to be

Good prices, limited parking though. It?s worth it if you?re buying in bulk. Water was very cheap!

Has plenty of stock and good produce. Was there on a Sunday afternoon and the till lines were not managed at all, rather hectic. Will try during the week. The membership staff were top notch and very helpful though.

Today the queue system is terrible, it's such a mess, no one is organising it.

Well run branch of Costco in Croydon. Shelves restocked regularly. Needs a manager to police the queues for the checkouts. This is Croydon after all and things can get a bit confrontational unless the back of the queue is your friend:)

Good prices

The worst place ever. Enormous queues for everything, no parking spaces and APPALING personnel, rude, unprofessional and have no idea about customer service
