This branch of the nationwide chain is nicely located aside North End, a pedestrian only street which functions as an outdoor shopping mall. A short walk from the George St. Tram Stop, it is located inside the entrance to a department store but is separatated from it. Compared to many Costas, this café is relatively spacious, well-patronized but usually not overly crowded, and the noise level is corresponding subdued. No music has been playing during my visits. All ratings given are for what one would expect at a coffee shop chain.

It was my first time at Costa, which is located in a store - you can drink coffee and look at clothes.

Shopping in Whitgift thought we would stop for a hot drink.
Had cortado and flat white very weak had hardly any coffee in it plus cold. I normally love costa have one everyday, won't stop here again awful coffee

I just went in to get a drink and go, so that's why I haven't rated the food or the atmosphere.
On a day when I've not been feeling great Karolina and the team were professional, and efficient. Karolina was friendly. I would recommend here for a pitstop. I had the Mango Frappe, it very refreshing.

The woman with short hair and the blonde with ponytail are very rude, they can't Make coffee properly either. When I asked them to remake it they had an attitude and then gave me burnt milk. They either make watery lattes or burnt milk. Costa has gone down hill. No wonder that they are closing down l.

Ban the people on the phone. It's unbelievable. We can't come for a coffee and have quiet moment, people are on the phone, speaking with the speaker, shout . . Every time when I come in this place.

I ordered Ice Latte and they gave me hot cup of latte. When I told them about the mistake, the two staff ladies had attitude and aggressively yelled at me and told me it?s not their mistake although it?s obvious that their fault and didn?t pay attention to the customer orders. Not only they did that, they just put ice in that hot latte and told me they fixed it instead of making it new one. However, coffee is trash. The worst coffee I ever drink in my life and never drinking it again.
