I have been shopping here for many years. The staff are friendly, helpful and the shop well stocked. They also have a good clearance section.

Old woman who works at the till is completely useless. She treats customers like criminals when they use the self service till, staring at them throughout the whole process despite having other customers to serve in front of her. And heaven forbid I use a coupon as she will say they don't accept it, even though it scans through and the discount has been applied. Can't imagine all the business this store has lost due to the woman's incompetence towards customers

A nice, medium sized co op store. The only critisism is that sometimes, the staff clog up the isles with re-stocking trollies which make it difficult to get items off the shekves or to navigate if you have a disabikity.

Very inconsistent with stock items. Too many items are too often out of stock. Seems like the staff does not have ordering under control.

Worst experience everSo Today all the 30+ year shopping at CooperativeGreenlane came, in a bigShock, Over a 10pence big... Bought My bits, as I was loading my groceries, Those flimsy green bags split open, asked kindly cashier who was servingMe to replace bag, His Name was Mr Patel, he reluctantlyrefused, if he could replace it or exchange, a Woman overhead & came butted in insulting & very sarcastic, in unprofessional manner, She claimed to be the manager, to me She behaved like coop was a corner shop that she owned, was so angry, her eyes poked out, her body was rolling refused to exchange bag or replacement. She was screaming ? on top of her lungs. Very disrespectful. For me I can deal with the rudeness but not insults I told her I would report her to headquarters & I sure did. This Woman acted crazy, I couldn't believe my eyes. She told Me she'd bn working in coop for 25years that behaviour, looked like a teen on a job for 25days, well I logged a complaint & the Woman's name is SUGA very aggressive, I took a picture obvious evidence, if headquarters needed any further evidence information, I stayed Calm & told her to stop treating Coop like Her own Personal business.Coop definitely lost a customer, I won't be spending My Money der, anywhere near soon. Coop just made the bags so thin, it's crazy & removing bag for life Policies, on plastic bags. Not quite equipped with their new rules.But this Woman called Suga was a definitiveMispresentation of the shop.I wish her luck & hope doesn't repeat this or treat anymore customers, in such a disrespectful manner, reason for my review & complaint, It's Cashiers like her that bring the Shop down so rude, beyond belief, its all in the video ?, thank God.I literally had to caution her that this was the western World, you just can't go about savagery Mannerisms unlike in Ind... & she vicevesa. Well out of her insulting towards me... telling me to get out like I was on her doorstep.Every penny counts.I walked out of the store with Maturity thinking,Did I just get insulted by this Woman called Suga for a prolly bag 10pence.She definitely looked like ha other issues.You Just don't scream at customers inappropriatelyRudeness takes you nowhere in this life

Due to it being renovated recently it looks very modern and clean. There are many snacks to buy here on the go however it is quite expensive, especially the bakery section.

Recently renovated and looks much better. Not only does it look like a modern local supermarket, they have a lot more stock than before. The renovation was long overdue. I can finally go into my local co-op and not worry about having to go elsewhere for items they don?t have in stock.
