I was charged for an item I never had on my basket. God thing I had the receipt and as I got home I realized an item on it I never bought - flower -£3.50.
As I went back to request my money I was told that these things happen automatically and they will do a refund. I hope I will get it as it's not yet on my account.
But what if I wouldn't had requested the receipt or what if this happens with let's say a hundred people per day and they don't check ( do the math's and you'll get an idea of some easy money for them). Unbelievable...this is happening! Check your receipts, sometimes you'll be surprised!

This store has issues, with replenishing goods, the pet food my cat will eat, is often out of stock, granulated sugar is also out of stock or it's out back, waiting for the staff to put it out on the shelf

Jobsworth security guard. I accidentally pressed the button for one extra 5p bag instead of two at checkout. I had a long day at work, was feeling unwell and it was a genuine accident easy to make. He came over to make an absolute scene, spoke aggressively and treated me like a common thief when I had clearly paid for all my items. I apologised and explained this was an error and he continued to raise his voice in front of other shoppers and be rude. I asked him to chill out and said I wasn?t well and it was an accident and he got even more riled up. Will likely no longer shop here.

The supply warehouse has no idea that this shop exists. The company?s inability to keep the shelves full is testament to just how useless they are. In the real world they would all be sacked. As is so often the case the shop floor staff are outstanding. Watching their embarrassment at often empty shelves is shameful. Please co op sell this branch to a company that can run a business properly. Co op head office should be ashamed of themselves.

So bad????The security guard was aggressive, rude, disrespectful, told me not to walk out of the store without giving reasons, and made a disgusting, insulting and intimidating face that I felt. Fear ordered me to follow him without giving any reason just to check if I had paid for the product I had purchased and not to apologize for what he had done rudely. with me and also shouted, Didn't care at all as I didn't do anything wrong, he was so bad employee with a very rude nature, I swear I would never go shopping there.

To whoever that old man was i'm guessing a manager, walking around with folded up carrier bags just staring at items walking around, I would suggest you get security because following me around a store is harrassment. Do better

Good, clean and modern store. Free car park at rear of store. Only let down is that the prices are a fair bit higher than Sainsbury's, Tesco, Asda etc...
