I have no review, as I cancelled my account months ago, but still get notifications can somebody please delete me, I've tried through the app but no one takes any notice. So please help me as I'm fed up getting emails.

As I work in Croydon, I would use the Croydon branch to pay money into my account once a month. I am a large person in size and each time I walked into the branch, I always noticed the female staff, would whisper to her colleague and they both would look at me and giggle. I no longer go into this branch anymore because of the rude mannered staff at the counter.

I visited the branch last week. I must say I was impressed by all staff. They were very attentive and Bella in particular was lovely. Thanks alot Happy Christmas to all of you. I believe in Ethical banking. Bella explained this well.

All the staff are always pleasant, well trained and keep your experience very satisfying. Any problem you may have is soon sorted out!! Also the ethical objectives the Co-Op have are important to me!! Would recommend to others!!
