my son was trying on school shoes but then a lady walked up to us and said to get my sons dirty feet out of that shoe and to leave the store.

Have been there yesterday to buy school shoes for my daughter, the girl who assisted us (Sarah) was very polite and professional, however the girl at the checkout counter was awful and slow. Was not interested in serving us looking the other way and boxing the wrong shoes. Overall time taken to was 55 minutes of which 25 minutes was just standing at the checkout queue. Never going back there. Maybe they are understaffed but given the volume they should be two at the checkout counter.

We went in to get shoes for school. We eventually found the style, and the size. We received amazing service from Morayo, Elizabeth, and Zainab. They were very attentive, patient, friendly, and professional. To be honest I wouldn't expect anything less from Clarks, they set the bar for service. Morayo, Elizabeth, and Zainab, are like any good high jumpers, they went above and beyond that high bar.

I want to thank all the ladies in Clarks, Croydon North End. My daughter has special needs and during her initial fitting with Moroya she decided to have a moment and was rather loud. Moroya was patient and so understanding and even offered to complete the fitting in the stock room. The manager, whose name I failed to get unfortunately, offered for us to come and have a fitting 30mins before the store opened. This gave my daughter a quiet and calm atmosphere. We then saw Christiana, whom we have seen before. Not only did she remember my daughters name, but she too was patient and took care to ensure my daughter was fitted appropriately.
I have always visited this branch and never had bad service, but today was above and beyond. THANK YOU

Been a fan of clarks for a long time. I love their shoes. The service was very good and the staff were very professional and polite.

Very disappointing. Was told I could get a refund within 4 weeks if I only wore shoes indoors. When I tried I was told there was dirt on the shoes so no refund.

Awful - adults section downstairs completely empty. Upstairs the kids shoe section was complete chaos. Couldn't find a single pair of shoes that fit my teenage daughter.

I visited your Clarks store and was served by Alvyna, who provided a really good service. She was very patient which made shopping there with my cousin very enjoyable. I was so impressed with her helpfulness that I asked for her name to make sure her efforts were recognised.

Shoes Bought are really nice and the Staff were Fantastic/Very Helpful. However, the Choice of Products to choose from was very Poor. After asking why the Choice was very limited I was told there was alot more choice on Clarks website. Unbelievable, if you buy a pair off the Internet and they don't fit well and you need a Size upwards you would have to send the Shoes back and wait for it to arrive to go thorough the same procedure. It's about time top Management stop thinking of the Big Bonus/and Shares Dividends they will get. As for the Closing of the Clark's Branch on Victoria street SW1, Disgusting. The Nearest to their is Oxford Street which is Heaving with people most Days.
