I visited the shop based on the Google reviews online and was very impressed. Douglas was so knowledgeable and helpful when we chose tiles for our bathrooms. They have such a wide range of tiles to choose from and are competitively priced compared to other tile companies in the area. Douglas was able to arrange next day delivery on the tiles we chose and was happy to refund us for the unused packs. Will definitely be returning when we have further work done on the house.

Jon was really helpful showing us around and building our order. His patience and excellent customer service made parting with the money so easy as he managed to earn our trust with his knowledge and a happy to help attitude. We live in a large house and needed 4 bathrooms redone. Both my husband I visited countless shops for tiles, etc but could not find anything that we really liked. It was just by sheer chance that we saw City Tiles and Bathrooms on the internet. City Tiles is easily accessible at 77 Sumner Road, Croydon and has onsite parking. When we walked into the shop, we were so surprised at the range and quality of tiles on display. There are several bathrooms done up so that you can get a visual of what your bathroom could look like. This makes a huge difference. It is not easy to visualise a tile in your home and they are quite happy to let potential customers take samples home without having to pay a deposit. Not many shops do that.I cannot say enough about the owner of City Tiles, Jon. Not only his knowledge on tiles and suggestions is second to none, but he is friendly and helpful and very willing to source out products. Compared to well known tile shops, the prices at City Tiles are so competitive and depending on quantities required Jon does his best to give the customer a good price. How can you go wrong with that! We were able to get all our tiles from City Tiles.I have to stress that even if you don?t live close by this shop is well worth a visit. We would have saved ourselves so much time visiting several other tile shops!If anyone is thinking of getting their bathroom done, this a MUST GO TO SHOP, especially for tiles. You will not be disappointed with the variety and the excellent service provided by ALL the staff. If I could give a higher rating than a 5 star review then I would. A truly well deserved 5 star review!! Thank you Jon and all the staff at City Tiles.

It is not usual to review a tile store but this was the best experience of buying tiles. Lawrence was patient, helpful and not pushy. The tile quality was great and we got a unique tile design

We spent ages looking for the right tile for our kitchen. Found this shop and I will never go anywhere else. Great choice of tiles for every project, displays instore to also give you ideas, great prices and staff are lovely and so helpful. We bought tiles for kitchen and bathroom and will be going back.

my experience with this one stop Bathroom store has been just brilliant. Jon and his team was very helpful, knowledgable and gave me various options to decide the tiles and sanitary ware for 4 bathrooms. Jon visited the site and also gave design service . With his vast knowledge and recommendation the outcome has come out really good. The after sales service was also excellent .
