Bad experience here. Was offered £200 to sell my Samsung phone. They said I would hear back from them by the end of the day, that didn't happen. I had to email customer services 2 days later, who said there was a charging issue and it would now be £75. I've used the official Samsung charger for 2 years and had no issue. Went into store to collect it. They weren't very helpful. Also lost my charger initially, gave me their own version, before looking again and finding it. Lack of communication and help. In the end I went over the road and sold it for the same price as originally quoted. The moral of the story, don't try to sell an item at ceX.

Good selection of games hence why I gave a 3 star. But was sadden as I travelled from quite far to the store as it had everything I wanted, as I arrived one item that specifically wanted was out of stock even though online it said they had 4 of them. Unfortunately wasn?t worth the journey in the end. Wasted money on travel and wasted my time

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with George at CeX on George Street, and let me tell you, he really sold me on his expertise?literally! From the moment I walked in, George was as helpful as a GPS on a road trip?he knew exactly where to steer me.
He was so good at explaining the process, I thought he was a sell-abrating expert! He made the whole experience feel like a bargain?and believe me, I was cash-ing in on the good vibes. George's knowledge is so sharp, I half expected him to start cashing checks from my old gadgets!
Not only did he help me sell my items smoothly, but he also had a plug-in for some dad jokes along the way. I told him I was worried about getting a good price, and he said, ?Don?t worry, I?ll pay attention!? Now that?s what I call selling with a smile.
All in all, George was electronics-ly fantastic?he really charged up my experience. If you?re looking to turn your old tech into some green, George at CeX is the key?or should I say, the charge?to making it happen!

I want to buy a phone . No compare facility available. You have to install 2 or 3 locking devices . Customer can look 2 or 3 phones together.

If you can't handle customer's products then don't bother working then. Went to sell my red WII on behalf of my friend, only for one of the staff to viciously shake the WII and something broke from the inside
And proceed to say they can't take it, AFTER BREAKING IT.
I want my £50 not my WII broken :/

Mark is a legend, had an issue with a disc from their Morden branch and he went above and beyond to make up for it. While he was helping me he was also advising another customer at the same time. 10/10 service, thanks Mark!
