Bad experience here. Was offered £200 to sell my Samsung phone. They said I would hear back from them by the end of the day, that didn't happen. I had to email customer services 2 days later, who said there was a charging issue and it would now be £75. I've used the official Samsung charger for 2 years and had no issue.... read full comment

Good selection of games hence why I gave a 3 star. But was sadden as I travelled from quite far to the store as it had everything I wanted, as I arrived one item that specifically wanted was out of stock even though online it said they had 4 of them.
