Excellent customer service from Ramshah. We did not realise they were closing at 4 and without promoting us she overstayed nearly 40 mins to assist and answer all the questions. Overall, Ramshah went beyond and above to meet our needs. She explained the whole process step by step so we could make an informed decision. She was very knowledgeable and polite, not putting any pressure on us while making decisions and making sure we have plenty of options. She deserves 6 stars!! Thank you Ramshah.

Very helpful staff, I was on a budget and they were able to help me find a good quality carpet remnant in the quantity I needed at a good price. It was all installed within 2weeks, and the installation team also did a great job.

10/10 Service and Product - Arran couldn't have been more helpful from the moment we walked in, helped us to secure the size, find appropriate trims and even folded the carpet down to fit our transport. Couldn't be happier with the whole process, highly recommend the team and Arran here to help with any of your needs - Highly Recommend.

Fabulous customer service! Ramshah was my Sales Advisor and she was brilliant; she was knowledgeable, helpful and above all, very patient whilst I was decision-making! Nothing was too much trouble and I found the whole process straightforward.

Really great service from start to finish, including, after us realising we?d bought underlay we didn?t need, them refunding both that and some additional grippers. Carpet is gorgeous quality. Very happy. Highly recommend!

From choosing the carpet to its fitting, Carpetright gave a first class service. All their employees were respectful helpful and knowledge. The offcuts have been made into rugs for a small fee.
5 ***** all through the process from beginning to end.
