I always shop at the card factory New Addington as it?s local to me, but also because of the wonderful staff. The staff are so so helpful and nothing is to much trouble when you ask for help with something.I just wanted to share my experience today? it was my friends daughters 21st birthday yesterday and we were celebrating it today with friends and family. The shop was really busy today 14/1/24 and the two lovely young men that were serving were absolutely amazing! dealing with not only me with my party balloons but with all the other ongoing customers which seemed to be quite a blowing up ballon day!!! among other sales.I have never seen two young men so dedicated in their work and so hardworking.I just wanted to let you know what a credit to your company they both are and your very lucky to have them working for your company.Thank you very much for todayMany thanksJ Howard

Emma helped me choose and design my balloons for my daughters 7th birthday. When I picked them up today they looked amazing. Such good service thank you ?

Turned up after work before close to pick up a balloon for an expecting friend. Asked the cashier to blow up the ?baby girl? balloon & two pink balloons to go with.This request was denied because the shop was closing in 5 minutes?. It takes less than 15 seconds to blow up each balloon.Unhelpful & unwilling staff.
