I always come to Caffè Nero in house of fraser on my break. I always get my caramel and vanilla ice latte, tuna panini and almond croissant. Staff are very nice and friendly. Even tho they get busy during lunch time, and when they are under pressure they always make sure to give the best quality food.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE AVOID!There?s a nasty older woman (as the other bad reviews say), and, apparently, she?s a ?manager? who?s got a hostile attitude and also a bald-headed guy. From the moment we walked in they were super disrespectful, uninterested and not knowledgeable about the drinks at all. We asked for their names to make a complaint and they refused to give them and the man manager then came around the till and stood really close to us to intimidate us. We asked him to move back and he said I am going to stand here all day. Then he proceeded to tell us to never return. I am absolutely appalled. We felt racially profiled. This should not be happening in 2023! Both of these staff need to be investigated immediately.

I was provided wonderful service by the middle aged lady who was really helpful and patient when I was trying to decide what drink I wanted. The young lady was also very nice and friendly. Will come back again.

AVOID this particular cafe Nero at all cost. Just had the worst experience ever with an older lady (dressed scruffy) who claims to be the manager!!. She refused to give her name after I said I wished to make a complaint. She was then joined by another male bald member of staff who acted as though he needed to be her spokesperson and proceeded to be extremely rude to me. They have a very appalling mannerism and their customer service was abhorrent
