I often grab a hot chocolate whenever I can either before or after work which is always top tier. The atmosphere is always good and the staff are extremely attentive to all customer needs. Highly recommend as the drinks are far better than those which neighbour them (mainly Starbucks). The facilities are also always clean and checked on a frequent basis. Shoutout to the ladies that were working this evening (after 6pm) they even grabbed me a croissant and cooked it downstairs for me. Exceptional service??
Dietary restrictions: Everything is clearly signposted and the staff give regular information for those that may be allergic or have dietary requirements.

Not a good visit. Grumpy assistants. Gave wrong drink, corrected grudgingly but with no apologies. Tables sticky. Toilet bins overflowing and disgusting, yet chart ticked to show recently checked

The place is dirty, the tables rarely get cleaned up and the coffee quality is hit and miss. And the price of coffee is not cheap either. Service is reasonably decent, mostly friendly
